Start Remote Support


In addition to our telephone support, you can start a remote support session on this page.

Click on Start Remote Support and follow these steps:

  1. In the dialog box, click [Save File].
  2. Open the file 'TeamViewerQS_nl.exe and click [Run].
  3. Give your 'ID' and 'Password' to the Stabiplan support engineer that you are talking with.

The person with whom you are speaking can now see what is happening on your computer and you have joint control over mouse and keyboard.
